Refund Policy

Our return policy is 30 days. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order during the week, we will refund you directly.

We process orders for 1 to 2 business days after they have been validated to correct errors and customer changes of mind. After this period, if the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to refund you if you change your mind before the product has been delivered, received, and returned to the address provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and returned at your expense to the address we will provide.

Several types of products cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of intimate or hygiene products. Gift cards are also non-returnable items.

To process a return, we will verify that it is your order using your order number and/or any information used when placing your order. This will likely be your email address.

To validate your return, you have two options. We will acknowledge receipt of the package at the return address we provided, or you can send us proof, by scan or photo, that the return was made to the address provided. In the first case, the shipment should not be addressed to the manufacturer's address. In the second case, a postal receipt or packing slip may be acceptable.

We may ask you to wait until we receive the package rather than sending us proof of return. In the event of a refund request, an inspection of the package may be required. This inspection will take place before processing the refund, if applicable.

If you receive an item and say it's in poor condition and want a refund, but refuse to send a photo of the item you received, you will obviously be asked to send the item to a specific address so that the item in your order can be inspected.

Once the package is received, the refund will be issued (or not) after inspection. Indeed, after inspection, we may find that the item is in good condition. We will confirm this with a photo and/or video. In this case, we will refuse the refund.

This procedure may seem excessive. However, some people have been dishonest, and based on our past experience, we can no longer rely on the word of our contacts. We apologize for this and know that we do our best for every return and refund request.

For all refunds, a fee of €2 will be charged per order. This amount covers the fees incurred by payment platforms and processors.

In the event of a refund, once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will then notify you of our decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time. We have no control over this delay. We will notify you as soon as the refund process is initiated.

If your refund is late or missing, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to officially appear.

Next, contact your bank. There is some processing time before a refund is issued.

After these two steps, if you still have not received your refund, please send us an email. Customer service will ask if you have completed both steps. If so, they will consult the database.

We're sorry to ask you for these steps, but we want to give your requests our utmost attention. However, we waste a lot of time if a request isn't preceded by certain steps. We therefore want to give our utmost attention to the requests we receive.

For sale items, if there is a refund, the refund will be based on the sale price paid by the customer, not the normal price.

For an exchange, we only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If so, would you like to exchange it for the same item? Send us an email.

For gifts, if the item you wish to return was sent directly to you, you will receive a credit note equal to the value of your return.

A gift certificate will be emailed to you only after the item has been received.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

For returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. These costs are nonrefundable, and if refunded, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product, of course, can vary.

If you are shipping an item worth $30 or more, consider using a trackable or insured shipping service. We don't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
